Stable 101
New to boxing? This beginner-friendly session is capped at 6 people for a more personal coaching experience. You'll learn the fundamentals of boxing through stance work, footwork drills, shadowboxing, Expect, mitt work, resistance band drills, jump rope and athletic conditioning designed to build real boxing skill, stamina and control.
The Stable
This session is capped at 6 people to keep the coaching hands-on and the experience high level and blends shadowboxing, mitt work, jump rope, bands, core work, and lower-body conditioning into a challenging, high-energy training session. Expect nonstop movement, tough supporting work, and a serious sweat.
